not as easy as it looks, letting go may take a short time it's the "archiving" of memories takes longer but the time will come when your mind and body will let go....all at once.
anon, letting go takes a short time. The memories are so full of me supporting and struggling to surface each time he pulled me down. This is no time for angkat bakul - its a fact. I thank God to have given me the strength and resilience to go thru the rounds. Such memories definite help the letting go process but i am still grasping. i hope the day shall come soon.

RE - he has been on medication since the last 3 years. Nothing new. But i don't think he needs a breathing support or anything like that as not to be able to come, right? In fact i called him from the court - he sound alright - alive and kicking - as always. So - i put it as a mere excuse from a man with no b----!
